User Agreement

I. Introduction

Welcome to Rang! Your use of Rang is subject to these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms"), which are owned by [Company Name]. Thank you for reviewing these Terms. 1.1 Compliance with These Terms

These Terms apply to you if you are a user of Rang anywhere in the world. Please review these Terms, as well as our policies and instructions, to understand how you can and cannot use Rang. You must comply with these Terms when using Rang and only use Rang within the scope permitted by applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use Rang and must immediately terminate your use of the software and all related services.

1.2 Contracting Entities

By using Rang, you agree to be bound by these Terms between you and the Rang team ("we", "us", "our"). In certain specific Rang service terms, it may be specified that for the relevant service or feature, you are contracting with one of our affiliated companies or service providers (instead of us). In such cases, the specific contracting entity will be clearly identified in the relevant service terms, and these Terms and the specific service terms will jointly bind you and the identified contracting entity regarding your use of the relevant services and features.

1.3 Service Eligibility

The services of Rang are not available to anyone under the age of 18. To use the services, you agree that: (i) you must be the "Minimum Age" (described below) or older; and (ii) you are not already restricted by us from using the services provided by Rang. We may change the Minimum Age from time to time at our sole discretion. If such a change occurs, users of Rang who were below the new Minimum Age when they started using the services under the previous Terms of Service may continue to use them since they have now reached the new Minimum Age. Here, the "Minimum Age" means 18 years old. However, if applicable laws require that you must be older to lawfully use Rang (including using your personal data) without parental consent, then that higher age will be the Minimum Age. If applicable laws require you to obtain the consent of your parent or guardian, your parent or guardian must agree to these Terms (both on their own behalf and on yours) before you can use Rang.

1.4 Other General Provisions Related to These Terms

We may translate these Terms into multiple languages. In the event of any differences between the English version and other language versions of these Terms, the English version shall prevail (to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations).

II. Additional Terms and Policies

Rang offers a diverse range of services and features. In addition to these Terms, there may be certain additional terms and policies applicable to your use of all or part of Rang, as set out in this section and as otherwise notified to you from time to time. These additional terms of service and policies all form part of and are incorporated into these Terms.

2.1 Rang-Specific Policies

In addition to these Terms, you must also comply with the Rang Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, store, and use your personal information during your use of Rang.

2.2 Terms Applicable to Specific Rang Features

Some of our services and features may have additional terms specific to their use (as notified by us to you). When using these services and features, you must comply with both these Terms and the corresponding additional terms.

2.3 Inconsistencies

If any additional terms or policies differ from these Terms, the relevant additional terms or policies shall apply. However, unless otherwise expressly stated in those additional terms or policies, they shall not amend the following sections of these Terms:

"Changes to These Terms and Rang";

"Our Intellectual Property Rights";

"Liability for Rang".

III. Changes to These Terms and Rang

We may make changes to these Terms from time to time. Please review them regularly. As Rang continues to evolve and user experiences change, we may also, from time to time (and within the scope permitted by applicable laws and regulations), add, change, or remove features (including regarding whether a service is free of charge or not), or suspend or terminate a service altogether. If we consider any changes to these Terms or Rang to be reasonably material, we will (where reasonably practicable) notify you of such changes by posting them on our website, through our services, or by sending you an email or other notification, and will indicate when such changes will become effective. By continuing to use Rang after any change to these Terms or Rang, with or without notice from us, you are agreeing to be bound by the revised Terms. If you object to any changes, you may close your account.

IV. Your Account

You can quickly log in to use Rang without creating a traditional account. The system will generate a unique identification mark for you based on your device information and the simple information such as the nickname you set when using it for the first time. This will enable you to continue your usage experience even when logging in from different devices. This identification mark is for your personal use only. You are prohibited from gifting, lending, transferring, or otherwise permitting any other person to access or use it. The nickname and other identifiers you adopt within Rang belong to us. Once your account is terminated or deactivated for any reason, we have the right to disable, reclaim, and reuse them.

You are responsible for: (i) safeguarding the information involved during the use process. Although there is no traditional password, you should pay attention to device security to prevent unauthorized use of your Rang services; (ii) managing all usage under your account. If you notice any abnormal usage or suspect that someone is using your name without authorization, please send an email to TybergFeigenbaum947@gmail.com to notify us as soon as possible. Unless we have received and acknowledged your notification regarding the compromised account/password, we will assume that all usage under your account on Rang is by you.

Rang will provide guidance on deactivating related services. You can refer to it as needed (if such a function is available). Please note that since there is no complicated registration process, if you change devices without properly backing up your information, you may lose some local cached preferences. However, we will do our best to reduce such losses through cloud technology.

V. Payments

During your use of Rang, you may make payments to us or third parties (such as unlocking advanced interactive features, exclusive virtual items, etc.). At that time, we will set out detailed terms regarding payments (including refund regulations (if any), billing arrangements, and consequences of failing to make timely payments). You must comply with all such terms regarding your payments. You agree that you are solely responsible for all fees and taxes associated with any such payments, and that the prices and availability of products and items are subject to change at any time.

Unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable laws and regulations or as specifically stated by us for a particular product or item within Rang, under no circumstances will we be required to provide a refund for any payments you have made to us regarding products or items within Rang (whether used or unused).

If payments are processed through a third-party service, you must comply with the terms and conditions of that third-party payment processing service. Details can be found in the "Third Party Content and Services" section below.

At the same time, you are aware of and agree that:

Your purchase may be subject to foreign exchange fees or price differences based on location (such as exchange rates);

We will calculate the taxes payable by you based on the billing information you provide us at the time of purchase.

VI. Your Content

When you submit, upload, transmit, or display any data, information, photograph, or other content in connection with your use of Rang ("Your Content"), you understand and agree that:

You will continue to own and be responsible for Your Content;

We will not sell Your Content to any third party;

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicenseable license to use, display, and distribute Your Content for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving Rang, provided that we will protect your rights in accordance with the Privacy Policy and will not distort or misinterpret the original meaning of Your Content.

However, if Your Content violates these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or applicable laws, regulations, or public order and good customs, we have the right to remove the relevant content. If the situation is serious, we have the right to suspend or terminate your usage rights, and you will be responsible for all consequences.

VII. Intellectual Property Rights

Rang and all its elements, including software code, interface design, trademark logos, and promotional texts, are fully protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws and belong to us. Without our written authorization and permission, you are prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, disseminating, displaying, selling, or creating derivative works based on them. Reverse engineering, decompiling, and disassembling the software are also prohibited.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Rang in accordance with these Terms for normal use only and not for any other purposes.

VIII. Disclaimer

Although we strive to ensure that our services are stable, safe, and error-free, due to the inherent limitations of the Internet and software technology, we cannot guarantee that the services will be perfect at all times. In the event of technical failures, service interruptions, or data loss during use, we will only be liable to the extent permitted by law.

We are not responsible for problems caused by factors not directly under our control, such as your device, network, or third-party interference. We are also not responsible for any losses caused by the content or links you obtain from third parties.

At the same time, establishing social relationships and participating in interactions through Rang are your voluntary actions. We are not responsible for any disputes or harm that may arise. We hope you will engage in social activities rationally and abide by laws and morals.

IX. Termination of the Agreement

The agreement may be terminated under the following circumstances:

You voluntarily close your account and stop using it;

You seriously violate these Terms and fail to rectify the situation after being notified by us;

We decide to terminate the service for reasonable reasons such as business adjustments or regulatory requirements and notify you in advance within a reasonable time.

After the agreement is terminated, you should immediately stop using it. We have the right to retain or delete your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. For paid services that have not expired, refunds will generally not be provided, except as required by law or otherwise agreed.

X. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with us regarding this agreement or the use of Rang, we will first attempt to resolve it through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the matter will be submitted to [Specific Arbitration Institution/Court of Jurisdiction] to be handled according to its rules. During the litigation process, the remaining provisions of the agreement will continue to be in effect except for the parts in dispute.

XI. Other Provisions

This agreement constitutes the complete agreement between you and us, replacing any previous oral or written agreements. Our failure to exercise a particular right does not imply waiver. If a part of the agreement is invalid, it will not affect the validity of the remaining parts. We have the right to amend this agreement based on business development and changes in regulations. The revised version will take effect immediately upon publication and replace the old version. Please pay attention to it regularly.
